Agreement Between User and We Fix iPhones

Welcome to We Fix iStuff. The WeFixiStuff.com website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by TJH Management LLC, doing business as We Fix iPhones. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.


Privacy Policy

Your use of this Site is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect and use your information.


Electronic Communications

Visiting the Site or emailing us constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.


Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.


Age Restrictions

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.


Eligibility to Sell

To sell or trade in a device using our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older and legally able to enter a contract

  • Be the rightful owner of the device

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Ensure the device is not reported lost, stolen, financed, or under lien

  • Disable all passwords and locks prior to delivery

We reserve the sole right to reject any transaction or device at any point.


Device Inspection & Quotes

All quotes provided online are estimates only. Final payment value is determined after physical inspection of the device. Condition categories include:

  • Excellent: Like new, no defects

  • Good: Light wear, fully functional

  • Fair: Moderate wear, fully functional

  • Broken: Cracked, water damage, or non-functional

If the condition differs from what was described, a revised offer will be sent. You have 7 calendar days to accept or decline the new offer. If no response is received, the revised offer is automatically accepted and payment will be issued.


Data Removal

You are responsible for backing up and removing personal data before sending your device. We attempt to perform a factory reset, but cannot guarantee full data deletion. We are not responsible for any data remaining on the device.


Ownership Transfer

Ownership transfers to TJH Management LLC (We Fix iPhones) upon acceptance of our offer. If the offer is declined and the item is returned, ownership remains with you.


Risk of Loss

You bear all risk of loss or damage during transit to us. We assume risk only upon confirmed receipt of your device. If a device is returned, risk transfers back to you upon handoff to the shipping carrier.


Prohibited Items

Devices that are lost, stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise fraudulent are strictly prohibited. If such a device is received:

  • No payment will be issued

  • The device will be turned over to law enforcement

  • Any payment already issued must be returned immediately

  • You agree to pay all legal and recovery costs incurred by us


Cancellation/Refund Policy

Once your device is inspected and payment is disbursed, it may be immediately listed for resale. We cannot guarantee a return of your device or any data after this point. All trades are final once accepted.


Warranty Policy

30-Day Limited Warranty
We Fix iPhones offers a 30-day limited warranty on eligible repairs (primarily screen replacements and part installations). This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer part defects

  • Installation errors directly related to our repair

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after the repair (cracks, drops, impact)

  • Water damage, battery swelling, or overheating

  • Issues caused by third-party repairs or tampering

  • Software issues or unrelated hardware failures

  • Cosmetic issues or wear and tear

How to Submit a Claim:
To activate warranty service, you must:

  • Email WeFixiPhones123@gmail.com within 30 days of the repair date

  • Bring the device back in for physical inspection

  • Provide proof of original repair and describe the issue clearly

No inspection, no claim. Warranty claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.


Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback (e.g., via Venmo, PayPal, credit card) without first submitting a written warranty claim and allowing us the opportunity to inspect the device, your warranty is immediately voided.

Filing a chargeback without good-faith communication violates these Terms and may constitute fraud or breach of contract under Georgia law.

Under O.C.G.A. § 13-4-20 and § 13-1-11, We Fix iPhones (TJH Management LLC) reserves the right to pursue:

  • Civil damages

  • Recovery of the disputed amount

  • Attorney’s fees and court costs

  • Collection actions or reporting to fraud prevention agencies

You agree not to abuse our warranty system or payment channels and understand that disputes must follow the process described above to be valid.


Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of We Fix iPhones and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.


Submissions

By submitting content (such as reviews, feedback, or suggestions), you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and display such content for business purposes.


Third-Party Links

Our Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any damages incurred through their use.


International Use

This Site is controlled and operated from the U.S. If accessed internationally, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TJH Management LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from all liabilities and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or any misuse of our services.


Limitation of Liability

We Fix iPhones is not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damage resulting from your use of the Site or services

  • Loss of data or business interruption

  • Unauthorized access to your information

  • Use or misuse of devices before or after service


Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Cobb County State or Superior Court, or the appropriate federal court in the Northern District of Georgia.


Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full and exclusive agreement between you and TJH Management LLC regarding the use of the Site and its services.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.
